So by now, you’ve run a few times. You’ve purchased new shoes. You’ve told your friends you’re training to run a “half”, you’ve memorized your 12 week training program. And its time for the rubber to meet the road.

This Blog is for you. I’m hoping to update it at least a week (probably more) as we go through this training project, so you have a place to comment and socialize with your fellow trainers. Its the next best thing from actually running together.
